Ashraf is a multidisciplinary professional with experience across development, media, and academia.
He has worked in leadership roles in Pakistan’s cultural institutions and civil society organizations, focusing on communication, heritage, and creative development.
From 2018 to 2020, he served as Director, Communication & Partnership (Digital Media, Marketing & Sponsorship) at the Asia Peace Film Festival (APFF).
He developed and implemented the festival’s communication and advocacy strategy, expanding its brand visibility, digital outreach, and partnerships with academia and industry.
He has also worked with Pakistan Television (PTV), PNCA, and various NGOs, bridging culture, storytelling, and social change through film and creative media.

With over a decade of experience in television and digital production, Yasir has directed and produced documentaries and public awareness campaigns for leading broadcasters and NGOs.
He also serves as Executive Director of the Asia Peace Film Festival.

A practicing artist with over 15 years of experience, Gulnoori’s work spans miniature painting, digital art, and design.
She leads visual design, illustration, and exhibition curation at KultureCo.

With over 15 years of experience in cultural management, Waseem specializes in intangible cultural heritage documentation and storytelling.
He currently serves as a Program Executive at the Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA).
